On the proposal of the President, the General Council can also co-opt up to eighteen people who can contribute validly to the pursuit of the Foundation’s goals.

To continue to make use of the contribution of Directors who have completed their mandate, the Honorary Council has been established.

The Foundation’s action, starting from the Castle of Sermoneta, from the Garden of Ninfa and from the historical building of Tor Tre Ponti, is projected into the Pontine and Lepini territory to contribute to the protection and enhancement of its identity that bears the centuries-old signs of Caetani Family.

Forms and ways of collaboration of the Foundation with other subjects (institutional and not) are governed by special tools (regulations, memoranda of understanding, agreements), in compliance with the motto of the Foundation itself: NON CONFUNDITUR.

Freedom of culture and operational autonomy remain indispensable and interdependent aspects of the Foundation’s identity.
